The time has come when Pakistan will have to answer, waiting period is about to expire, as demanded time for answering about their wrong done is now about to end.
When International court of Justice asked about written answer from Pakistan on violation of the Vienna Convention in matter of Jadahv case (India versus Pakistan) than Pakistan sought three-month period by resorting to its ever-decreasing progress. Then the court had given Pakistan last chance of three months for answering about their wrong done, this is how Pakistan escaped with this move. But the time has come that Pakistan will have to answer for their actions. And in this case, there is growing friendship with other countries of India, which is supporting India’s side.
Actually the matter is of a young man who has seen Pakistan’s poor judicial process.
That It is matter of the person who is deprived of human rights.
The thing is that country has broken the law named as Vienna Convention.
And for this the culprit must get the punishment.
When Pakistan violated Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, 1963 and illegally detained Mr. Kulbhushan Jadhav by kidnapping him from Irran and sentenced him to death without following procedure, than India filed a case in international court of justice for seeking justice for Jadhav.
Applicant contended that it was not informed about Mr. Jadhav’s detention, and that Pakistan failed to inform rights of accused also.
Applicant prayed for justice for Mr. Kulbhushan Jadhav in case by seeking the relief by way of immediate suspension of the sentence of death awarded to the accused.
Further applicant requested to international court of justice to pass directions to Pakistan, that the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan take all measures necessary to ensure that Mr. Kulbhushan Sudhir Jadhav will not executed during pendency of case in international court of justice. And that the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan ensure that no action will take place that might prejudice the rights of the Republic of India or Mr. Kulbhushan Sudhir Jadhav.
On Thursday 18 May 2017, the Court delivered its Order, the operative part of which reads as follows: “For these reasons, THE COURT, I. Unanimously, Indicates the following provisional measures: Pakistan shall take all measures at its disposal to ensure that Mr. Jadhav is not executed pending the final decision in these proceedings and shall inform the Court of all the measures taken in implementation of the present Order. II. Unanimously, Decides that, until the Court has given its final decision, it shall remain seized of the matters which form the subject-matter of this Order.”
So wide command of order January 19 2018 International court of justice had given 3 months’ time to Pakistan to answer about this but in April Pakistan asked for more time for filling rejoinder so court had given them a last opportunity to answer about his wrong done, and time period given to Pakistan is now coming to its end and now on 17 of June 2018 Pakistan have to answer about his wrong dones.
